STYLE TIP - NEW YEAR, NEW YOU - TRY OUT NEW STYLES THIS YEAR

The start of the new year is a great time to think about how we are going to challenge ourselves or spice up our lives this year!

With our minds open to new possibilities, now is the time to venture to new styles that you may have been thinking about or perhaps too shy to try out! We have compiled a small but powerful list of a few ways you can break out of the mold this year and try new things when it comes to your style!

Try these powerful ways to spice up your style this year:

INCORPORATING NEW COLORS This is one of the easiest places to start. Most of us fill our closets with colors we become accustomed to or feel there is no thinking involved to pair, but change that! Add one or two colors you have been thinking about into the mix and challenge yourself to come up with new outfits!

"STEP UP" OR "STEP DOWN" This is our term for either dressing up one level than you typically do or down one level. For example, if you tend to always dress business casual, a step up would be to throw in full business outfits. On the flip side, to step down would be to throw in casual outfits to the rotation. Obviously, environment matters here - I mean, you aren't going to go in a suit and tie to pick up some fast food - but hey, if that's your thing, who are we to judge? The point is to work on building up your wardrobe to support the "step up" & "step down" outfits and show your style versatility.

NEW ACCESSORIES There are so many accessories to choose from that you can incorporate into your style this year! From watches, pocket squares, tie bars, socks, necklaces, bracelets, to rings! Not only that, there are so many sub-categories within each one, that you can surely find something brand new you can add into the mix that you will love! Pick one or two you have been thinking about and make the move!
